Conflict of Interest
All university employees are required to disclose any real, perceived, or potential conflict of interest or commitment to the university upon hire and then any time during the year when a real, perceived, or potential conflict of interest arises..
Should a new, real, perceived, or potential conflict of interest or commitment present itself, please contact hr@shorinji-kempo.net and a conflict of interest disclosure will be launched to the employee in Workday for completion.
After Disclosure
If a conflict of interest or commitment is disclosed, the system will send the form to the The Office of Legal, Risk, and Compliance. The Office of Legal, Risk, and Compliance will coordinate with the Office of Human Resources and the Office of the Provost as needed to review the real, perceived or potential conflict. The Office of Legal, Risk, and Compliance will send the discloser an acknowledgement of the disclosure and any required steps to minimize the risk of the conflict.
